Blogging Et Moi

  • Sharebar

I started blogging some time in the year 2004, on MSN Spaces.  I also had other small underdeveloped blogs on other subdomains.  I then moved to blogsource.com, which eventually shut down…and that led me to create my own personal blog on a second-level domain.  Note: Rawpinions is no longer mine…I dropped the domain name.  The domain name is currently parked, by someone else.  I decided to let go of the blog when it attracted too much negative attention.

Which is ironic because that’s why I called it “rawpinions” to in the first place – it was my rant blog.  It fulfilled it’s purpose, but those days are gone.  To avoid any possible negative impact on my career and personal relationships, I dropped it…with a heavy heart.  I still have the database of all these three above mentioned blogs, so perhaps one day I will upload it again.

Anyway, my life is and always will be a work in progress.  So will my writing style.  Please bear with me while I try to find myself.

While I figure this current blog (and I hope this one is here to stay), here are a few slogans to remember:

Blogsource: “Alien Eyes in Shanghai – A Journey of Self-Discovery”

Rawpinions: “5 tablespoons of thoughts, 3 fresh and ripe opinions, with a pinch of salt. Serve chilled.”

Today I’ll be composing my first ‘About Me’ page for the site.  This can change at any time.  In some of my previous blogs I would fill up some social networking profile questions, but some of them are too personal.  So I’ve decided to compose ‘100 random things about me‘ instead of composing an essay or mini autobiography about myself.

Here we go…:)
