It’s only been two days since my last driving lesson and I already miss it! I’m having a hard time thinking how I’ll spend the coming week without it. My twin sister also studied driving with the same instructor, and I asked her how many lessons it took for her to finally get her license. She said she did about 30-40 lessons. So I guess mid September is an okay-time to get my license provided there’s no other delay.
I asked my instructor the other day how long he’s had his car for, and he said he bought it about 10 years ago. The interesting thing about this car is that it’s got an extra clutch, brake and mirror on his side (front passenger) and not only on the driver’s side.
That would be really useful because over a decade ago…perhaps even almost 2 decades ago when my mum was learning how to drive with the same guy, she crashed the car into a wall due to some road confusion caused by another car and after analyzing the damages, the other party had to pay. This reminds of the time I almost zoomed into a car and Mr. R had to step on brakes ASAP.
I think my instructor has the older version of a Daihatsu Cuore because that’s pretty much what it looks like. Possibly the Daihatsu Cuore 2001 if he indeed buy his car 10 years ago. Anyway, I will try to go over driving pages meanwhile, so I don’t really get out of the whole wanting-to-get-a-license mindset.
