Ever since Prince William and his bride Kate Middleton spent their honeymoon in Seychelles, there’s been a lot of local media coverage regarding the number of international media coverage we’re having. The Seychelles Tourism Board (STB) is undoubtedly pleased with the amount of attention they’re receiving from all this.
As you can see from the above image from Google Trends, the surge of searches for Seychelles during the period of the Royal honeymoon. I also remember the time I read the article about their selected honeymoon destination and shared the link on my Facebook wall. It received some attention from people also wanting to spend their honeymoon here specifically because the royalties did it!
