Recently, people who have been searching for the official website of the 8th Indian Ocean Island Games being held in Seychelles this year (this month) have been landing on my website! So I can confirm that the OFFICIAL WEBSITE for the games is:

www.ioig.gov.sc

…and the mascot is “Toto” a certain black parrot species, endemic to Seychelles (minus the clothes and torch):

  I don’t know if any other country’s channels play the football matches live online. But I don’t think Seychelles does. But you can check out this Reunion website: http://reunion.la1ere.fr/programmes/les-jeux-des-iles-de-locean-indien/football-seychelles-/-maurice-2eme-mi-temps_60554.html they have a good number of videos regarding the games, incl. football videos. Unfortunately not in real-time. You might want to check out the games’ Twitter feed for more or less latest updates on the sports. Happy watching!

  Hi Vishalveer. Unfortunately, Seychelles does not offer live streaming online, for the matches. Although they do play as many matches as possible on the local TV channel. You might want to check if any of the other participant countries offer live streaming online as there are many international media here in Seychelles covering the games. At the moment, the football match being played is Seychelles Vs. Reunion and the score is currently 1-1 at almost 110 mins of play.
