Honey and Lemon Diet Review

  • Sharebar

Several days ago I posted an entry about my new diet regime which involves me replacing Coke with honey and lemon juice. So far it really is doing the trick, I have been able to avoid drinking Coke. Although I should mention that getting off it involves a conscious change.

This afternoon when I was in town I entered a store to grab something to snack on before seeing a client and I was actually about to open the fridge and get a Coke. This shows that this choice me drink is also habitual. I need to get into the habit of taking a water.ut of the fridge or a bottle me mineral water.

I pulled out a bitter lemon, I wasn’t thinking straight. But I wasn’t able to finish it so that’s a good thing. I will get better at this with time.

I notice a slight change drinking honey with lemon juice. It seems to help keep the tummy flat. Initially I thought I must have been imagining things but I did a search online for other people’s experience with this mixture and many have claimed the exact thing.

It’s great to have a flat tummy but I honestly have bigger issues at the moment: my weight! I am so darn tired of being above 45kgs!

I have been able to keep off the meat. I don’t however feel the difference in weight. But I’ll give it about a week or so because it is only a small change in diet. It’s not a starvation diet in any way.
