Check out my Google Chrome fan support band. Okay, I’m just kidding. It’s not a Google Chrome band. In fact, it’s actually the patriotic Seychelles majority party’s election campaign band. It shows the colors of the Seychelles flag: red, blue, white, green and yellow. Coincidentally however, these are all colours you will find associated with the Google logo and Google Chrome logo. What a coincidence. Except for the part that the white is found only on the background in Google, and not on the actual logo.
You can’t really wear this around the country though because it shows the support for one party so only extremists would wear it. Wearing it displays political initiative, and it was banned from the election polls. These bands were given to everyone during the Parti Lepep‘s election campaign.
Politics aside though, I really like the band and it is unfortunate that wearing it isn’t politically and socially correct.
