Most of us grew up watching versions of Batman, Superman, Spiderman, and other superheroes with superpowers. There are also new sets of fiction characters with a bunch of very creative powers in movies and shows such as X-Men, Supernatural, Fantastic Four, Heroes, etc. So I’m sure many of us actually know the answer to the question: if you could choose any one superpower in the world, which one would it be and why? It’s an interesting topic because it is a fantasy for many of us. Not that I have a problem being human without superhuman powers, but one can only dream…
If I could choose one superpower, it would have to be either invisibility or the ability to fly. Being invisible has many advantages, mainly: I could be in places and nobody would know. For example, taking a ‘free’ bus ride or a plane ride to anywhere I want to go. I could also enter someone’s house or office and mind people’s business without them knowing.
But perhaps being able to fly has more ethical advantages. I could go from one place to another without transportation costs. Perhaps even travel from one country to another, depending on how this power would work.
Other cool superpowers include the ability to read people’s minds, absorb their powers, etc.
Not to mention the potential wealth and attention from the media.
