Persistent Internet Connectivity Issues

  • Sharebar

It’s past midnight and I am still awake trying to settle a few things online using my phone’s internet connection. This internet problem couldn’t have come at a worst time, I have so much work to do.

I was out almost all day yesterday so I sort of gave my network service a day to sort themselves out. This connectivity issue happens every month at exactly the same day (16th) without fail.

When I returned home I was surprised to find out that we still didn’t have internet access. So I called Intelvision on their helpline (+248) 4-41-42-43 to ask them if they’re experiencing technical issues.

The customer representative asked me how many lights are up on the modem. I told her that there were only two. So she took my number and said that she will send someone to sort out my modem later today.

One can always expect opportunistic bad luck.
