How to Change Your Homepage on Mozilla Firefox

Mozilla Firefox is one of the most popular and widely used web browsers. The main advantage is that, it is open source software which means, there are several optional free and easily available plugins which can provide enrichment to the browser by making some of the tasks easier.

Mozilla Firefox opens Mozilla home page by default. But, there are options, by which you can change your Homepage on Mozilla Firefox. Besides this, there are certain other options also which controls the important features like, security, plugins, information which are saved. In this article I’ll provide simple- easy to follow steps which will let you know how to change your homepage on Mozilla Firefox.

Following are the steps to change your homepage on Mozilla Firefox:-

1.    Open your Mozilla Firefox from programs menu.
2.    Select the option “Tools”.
3.    From Options window, select “Main” tab.  In that, open the drop-down box which is near the label “When Firefox starts” and select “Show my home page” from the given options.
4.    Last and final, click on the text box near “Home page” label, and your desired website URL. And it’s done.

Now, whenever you open the Mozilla Firefox by default, your website will open as a Home page.
