Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, a device which beautifully comes with super AMOLED Plus display is one of the biggest competitors of Apple iPad these days. And you might have heard from people that Samsung will not launch in some countries. Now you might be thinking why Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 is not available in some countries?
As per the sources, Apple is claiming that Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has infringed Apple iPad where Apple iPad and iPhone are the patented hardware and interface design and another reason given is launching of Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 in some countries like Germany, Australia and some other countries will hurt Apple’s iPad sales.
As per the quotes of Bloomberg, it is said that court took another decision for the dispute of intellectual property between Apple and Samsung. The court has recently ordered a new injunction, and it is against the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7.
But at the same time, it is also said that Samsung has just not made any announcement of on which date Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 will be available in some countries. The clear reasons are not given as authorities are not having a right to disclose it publicly about the dispute.
