Extreme Dizziness – What’s Wrong?

  • Sharebar

I went to bed at around 5:00-5:30 am this morning and woke up at 11:26am.  As soon as I got up, I was extremely dizzy.  I had no other symptoms accompanying that.  I didn’t feel like it was related to hypoglycemia in any way (if you need sugar in your body, you will somehow know that because that’s what you will be craving for).  I sat down and a few minutes later I started having chest pains.

The only weird thing in my life right now would be my schedule.  I think I was doing website analysis and reading some SEO blogs until the early hours of the morning.  I don’t think I’m stressed out in my life right now either so it can’t be anything related to that.

The only other thing I can come up with that I’m probably dehydrated…I only had a sip of water yesterday and then a cup of tea in the evening…but then again I don’t have a hangover-like headache so can that be it I wonder.

Anyway, I’m having a hard time just sitting up and not resting.  I’m either in dire need of sleep or I need water.  If it is neither of these two things then there is something seriously wrong with me.
