Arab Street Is Near Bugis Street

  • Sharebar

It’s past midnight and I thought I’d update my blog while we watch Watchman (2009). It was raining all day yesterday so my younger brother and I decided to hangout within the vicinity. We are at the Orchard Road area so we thought we’d checkout Far East Plaza. Somehow, we ended up at Bugis Street. It’s because I wanted to check out Arab Street but haven’t ever been there.

So I asked the guy at the metro station and he told me to stop at Bugis Street. We then saw a locality map, spotted the Sultan Mosque and assume Arab Street was right there. We were right.

There seemed to be mainly carpet and textiles. Very expensive clothing too.

We decided to just go back to Bugis Street. I found batteries for my electronic organizer…it uses CR2032 batteries. I hope the organizer still works.

Somehow I also ended up checking out Philippines stuff at Lucky Plaza and electronics at Sim Lim Square.
