Ice Activities At HouHai Old Town In Beijing

  • Sharebar

Early this week we went to HouHai which is an old town here in Beijing and a tourist area where pople can buy Chinese souvenirs. The frozen lake or large river rather is used for ice activities such as ice skating, ice hockey, ice cycling and so on. I really wanted to ice skate but nobody wanted to accompany me so we just ended up watching people have fun. Big bummer. There were lots of Chinese souvenirs though, and I also got myself a green tea latte from Starbucks which was in my to-do list.
