For 2 weeks now a friend and I have tried our best to speed-walk on the jogging trail for about 1 hour, times a week. We’re taking it slow because we’re not big on exercising. It’s great to take a walking-buddy with you because on the days that you don’t feel up for it, they will encourage you. Next thing you know, you’re walking.
I’m not one to jog or run. I am at an age where I’m trying my best to avoid wrinkles on my face…and I hear that jogging can contribute to that. Plus walking is more realistic, I don’t think I’m capable of jogging around the trail. That’s just torture. Maybe I’ll be able to do it when I lose more weight but while I carry excess kilos, it’s not I weighed myself today and I’m at 46Kgs. Which means I lost 2 whole Kgs! Yay me.
Losing weight is such an awesome feeling. Not only does it strengthen your morale and makes you feel like you’re on top of the world but it also feels physically better. You feel lighter, and more active. If I reach my target 43Kgs I promise I’ll re-learn the splits. Haha.
I don’t want to update my blog with too many personal stuff right now so if you’re at all interested to know what I’m up to at a random time of the day just add me on Twitter @sabrinasabino I update it as often as I can even when I’m out and about.

Congratulations on loosing 2 kg. Keep up the good work lady.
I’m also regular to gym these days, hope to see results.
Cheers.
There is no other that is as simple and as effective as walking is, and therefore, it is also considered to be the best exercise for all the age-groups and people.
