The last time I was at Silhouette was also my very first time there, it was in November 2006 for my elder sister’s wedding. Here are some pictures I took of the place back then: Travel Edition: Silhouette Island, Seychelles. That was back in the days when I had my other blog, hence the watermark.
The pictures includes our arrival at the jetty, the hotel room at Labriz, the weird but cute looking crab that was stuck in the outdoor shower area, images taken right at the exit of the hotel, images at the Seychelles Giant Tortoise Conservation Project, “marshland” area, the Dauban family’s mausoleum, a traditional Creole “mansion”, the jetty, the beach right outside the beach-front villas, my twin sister’s leg (LOL) to show how clear the water was, and the hotel’s pool & jacuzzi area.
This should be an interesting but relaxing weekend. I will update my blog as often as I can, do check out my twitter, I will be updating it (as always).
