If I’m not mistaken this is Grand Anse Mahe Beach. A very lengthy one at that. Sea looks rough, probably not a good idea to swim here. Didn’t look like there was a lot of people there when I went, although interesting enough I did see a ‘tourism police’ sitting there having a snack. She left shortly after. Seems like the kind of beach one would go to if they wanted to be somewhere spacious and windy.
Looks like a verly beautiful place especially with natural beauty. Now a days we do not find too many places which are untouched by human intereference. Where the human intereference has started the natural beauty of the place is lost. It seems to be a perfect place if one wants to be at lonely and peaceful place. If not more tourists are found there, probably not many people know about this beautiful place.
Au contraire, it’s actually very easy to find beaches here in Seychelles because the island is surrounded by beach. The main roads also surround the island, so all tourists need to do is drive on the main road and they’ll be able to find all the beaches on the island.
Been to this place few times,the sand is nice,great spacious beach but not a good spot for swimming as the wave is too strong.EU tourists just like to get naked here for sun bathing ;p
There are no official nude beaches in Seychelles, I don’t know if there are rules against taking all your clothes off. Even if we’ve all seen it before, there should definitely be a rule against nudity on beaches here in Seychelles. I understand their need to have a full body tan but this is something they can do anywhere, even in their backyard. It’s very common for us to see women take their tops off right in the middle of the beach and even walk the length of the beach topless. But even if it’s common for us to see that, it’s not something locals do. When someone is naked on the beach, it definitely presents and awkward situation and believe me, we do laugh about it like kids would because it’s a ‘wtf’ moment.
