IOIG Seychelles 2011: Football Semi-Finals Mauritius Vs. Mayotte Results

The Indian Ocean Island Games semi-finals match between Mauritius and Mayotte ended a few minutes ago.  The result is: Mauritius 5 – Mayotte 4 This was actually determined by penalty kicks. Congratulations Mauritius! This means Mauritius has qualified for the finals and will be competing against Seychelles on Saturday’s Finals match.  Stay tuned.

IOIG Seychelles 2011: Bertrand Bristol Wins Gold for Seychelles Swimming 200m Butterfly (Video Clip)

When he came up to greet a few people near me, I heard him speaking on the phone and saying “I was not expecting this…” or something along those lines.  So I guess he was not expecting the gold medal, but certainly did a great job.  Congrats to Bertrand!
